Real estate school taught you how to pass the exam. Closing U teaches you how to build a career you love: how to find your people, earn your clients' trust, win listings and buyers alike, and close deals with confidence, not crossed fingers.

You passed the test, tossed your cap in the air and then... crickets. Most new agents learn the business by trial and error, and too many drop out before their first closing. Closing U is the practical semester nobody gave you.
Fresh license, fresh business cards and no game plan for your first 90 days yet. Orientation starts here.
You've been licensed for a while but haven't found your focus or your first closing. Let's turn those conversations into contracts.
Team leaders and brokers who want new agents trained on the real work, without writing the curriculum yourself. Send them to class.

Everything real estate school skipped, taught by two agents who do this every single day. No textbooks gathering dust here.
Prerequisite: one freshly minted license. This foundational course covers the first steps that shape everything after them: structuring your schedule, establishing your systems and building a pipeline from day one. Students who start strong rarely need a remedial semester.
Before you chase a single lead, figure out who you are. Discover your strengths, map out your sphere of influence and choose the brokerage that fits you, so you feel at home in your business from day one.
Pop quiz: is AI doing your homework yet? If not, you're already behind the class. Put AI and simple systems to work on your reports, follow-up and paperwork, so you can spend your time with clients instead of at your desk. No late passes. The rest of the class is already turning it in.
The only math class you'll love. Pull the right comps, build a CMA and explain a price so sellers nod along instead of arguing, and show buyers what a home is really worth before they write an offer. Then put those numbers to work at the negotiating table, for sellers and buyers alike, where the final exam is a deal that works for everyone.
Find them, win them and keep them coming. Walk into every appointment prepared, show your value and leave with a signed listing agreement. Plus, we settle the great campus debate: do open houses really work? They do when you know the formula, and we'll hand it to you. Pledging not required.
Permission slips signed, everybody on the bus! First-timers, move-up families, relocators, investors and luxury clients each need a different tour guide. Learn to run a great buyer consult, plan showings that don't feel like a forced march and write offers that make the honor roll, with no one left behind at the rest stop.
Every great experiment needs the right partners. Learn how to build win-win relationships with lenders, title companies, insurance agents and other trusted vendors who send business your way. Then build your support team, from showing agents to a transaction coordinator, so you can take on more clients without pulling all-nighters.
Build a personal brand people remember, then market your listings with staging, photography and social media that stops the scroll. Along the way, you'll master a core requirement every agent should pass: designing your own pieces, so you create and own a brand you can revise like a rough draft and grow from freshman year to senior year. Graduate as "Most Likely to Get the Listing."
Inspections, appraisals, repairs and deadlines. Pass this one and you get the best grade there is: a closed deal.

Meet the faculty
No retired lecturers here. Kristi and Jenn are top producers who lead The Home Makers Real Estate Team at RE/MAX Gold, listing and selling homes across the Treasure Coast and northern Palm Beach County. Think of them as the professors who still ace every exam.
Dean of Systems & Marketing
Yes, she's a real teacher. Kristi is a retired educator with a master's degree in Information Science from Florida State University (Go 'Noles!). Today she builds the systems, dreams up the creative marketing and plans the events that bring people through the door, and her favorite assignment is getting homes sold that other agents couldn't. Now she's back at the front of the class.
Dean of Students
Before real estate, Jenn was a firefighter, running toward trouble so she could help people out of it. That instinct never retired. To Jenn, relationships are everything, and she takes every buyer and seller under her wing like it's their first day on campus. But don't mistake kind for soft. At the negotiating table, Jenn plays varsity, and her negotiating has helped make The Home Makers one of the top teams in the region.
